This is Casinha, a @juquehyflats accommodation located in the heart of Barra do Una, 120 meters from the sea and close to the Yacht Club. With special decor and plenty of natural light, it is the ideal refuge for rest and leisure. It accommodates up to 6 people: 4 in two suites and 2 on a sofa bed in the living room. Located on a quiet little street, surrounded by vegetation, it offers a serene environment. Bed linen and towels are available as an optional extra. Do everything on foot!

The little house does not have a garage, but you can park on the quiet street, where only caiçaras live. The place has air conditioning, good internet, laundry with washing machine and basic crockery. For special items, please contact us in advance.

On a quiet and safe street, you will be just 120 meters from the beach, 80 meters from the city center and 50 meters from the main market.

The space is well-lit, with high ceilings and integrated spaces that guarantee a light and pleasant stay. The living room with smart TV connects to the kitchen equipped with basic crockery and a special corner for coffee — ideal for starting the day well.

The house has two suites with wardrobes and electric showers, as well as a guest bathroom on the ground floor and a laundry room with a washing machine. Everything is designed to make you feel at home.

Although there is no parking space, the street is quiet and allows for safe parking.

The center of Barra do Una, in São Sebastião, is compact, peaceful and offers everything you need just a few steps from the beach. In less than 5 minutes walking, you can reach a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, ice cream shop and restaurants.

Highlights include:

• Mercado do Una (50 m from the house): well stocked and with a butcher and fruit and vegetable shop.

• Restaurante Giselle: traditional, with varied dishes and good value for money.

• Padaria Una: ideal for breakfast or quick snacks.

In addition, the center has a police station, church, shops and easy access to the Una River, ideal for boat trips and water sports.

Barra do Una is surrounded by greenery and wide streets. It is also a cycling route, so a bike will provide a very pleasant way to get around.
